Interestingly, Bhooth Bangla has been unfazed by the release of Kapil Sharma and Neetu Kapoor starrer Daadi Ki Shaadi. To note, while Daadi Ki Shaadi minted Rs 60 lakhs on May 8, 2026, Bhooth Bangla earned Rs 1.75cr.

Meanwhile, as Bhooth Bangla marks late actor Asrani's last appearance on the big screen, Akshay Kumar paid a tribute to the legendary actor and wrote, "Kabhi kabhi ek tasveer sirf yaadon ka tukda nahi hoti... ek poori journey ko samet leti hai.
