Bhooth Bangla Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 11: Akshay Kumar starrer Bhooth Bangla has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year and there are no second thoughts about it. The movie is a horror comedy which has been creating waves as it brought together the iconic actor director Akshay and Priyadarshan after 14 years. The movie boasted an interesting ensemble of cast including Rajpal Yadav, Wamiqa Gabbi, Mithila Palkar, Jisshu Sengupta, Asrani and Paresh Rawal in the lead. Marking Priyadarshan's return to Bollywood horror comedy genre after 19 years, Bhooth Bangla was released to mixed reviews. The movie witnessed a decent start and managed to have a decent hold during the opening weekend. To note, Bhooth Bangla was seen struggling at the box office during the weekdays however it did manage to enter the coveted Rs 100cr club in India and at the worldwide box office. While Bhooth Bangla witnessed a hike during the second weekend, the seconde Monday came with a significant dip in overseas number.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Bhooth Bangla recorded its lowest number in the overseas market and earned Rs 1.50cr on day 11 (second Monday) which took the overall collection to Rs 49.50cr

To note, Bhooth Bangla made a total worldwide collection of 188.75cr after 11 days of release

Meanwhile, Jisshu Sengupta opened up about working with Priyadarshan in Bhooth Bangla and told IANS, "The first couple of days, I was really wouldn't say I was tense, but I was, you know, working with "THE" Priyadarshan. On the set, he is a very chilled-out director. He has fun and takes advice from everyone".
