Border 2 Box Office Collection Day 14 Prediction: Border 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the 1997 war drama Border, released in theaters on 23 January 2026, timed to coincide with the Republic Day weekend. The film is directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J. P. Dutta and Nidhi Dutta under the banners of T-Series Films and J.P. Films. It brings together a star cast including Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahan Shetty, with supporting roles by Mona Singh, Sonam Bajwa, Anya Singh and Medha Rana. The first week at the box office saw Border 2 make a powerful impact, grossing over Rs 200crore in India during its opening seven days.

Given the fact that it is a working day, Border 2 is expected to see another dip and is likely to earn around Rs 2-4cr today (day 14/ second Thursday). While there are speculations about Border 2 touching Rs 300cr in week 2, Border 2 is likely to fall short and touch Rs 295cr after 2 weeks of release.

Border 2 Morning Occupancy Day 14

To note, Border 2 saw a hike in occupancy during the morning shows on day 14 and saw a footfall of 5.03% today. Given the slow response in footfalls, Border 2 saw a slow start at the box office and earned Rs 55 lakhs from the morning shows until 12:30pm. As Border 2 has been facing competition with Dhurandhar, it has failed to beat Ranveer Singh starrer in the morning occupancy which happens to be around 18.28% and it had earned Rs 23.25cr on day 14.

Meanwhile, given the response to Border 2, there have been speculations about Border 3. Talking about it, co-producer Bhushan Kumar told Hindustan Times, "We are doing a joint venture with his (Anurag Singh) company and my company. He'll be directing, and it will be something new. Border 3 will happen in due course".
