Cocktail 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 3: Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna have been making headlines as they have collaborated for the first time in Homi Adajania's Cocktail 2. Touted to be a romantic comedy, Cocktail 2 is the spiritual successor to the 2012 romantic drama Cocktail. Interestingly, apart from Kriti and Rashmika, Cocktail 2 also features Shahid Kapoor in the lead and the trio has been grabbing eyeballs with their camaraderie. To note, Cocktail 2 revolves a young couple whose relationship goes for a toss after their old friend re-enters their life.

While Cocktail 2 has been creating a massive buzz with its cast, peppy songs and impressive trailer, the movie has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year. Released amid mixed reviews, Cocktail 2 left the internet divided. While many called it an entertaining light hearted watch, some were disappointed with the movie and called it disaster along with Rashmika a total misfit in the film. However, despite mixed reviews, Cocktail 2 became Shahid's third highest opener ever and has also been creating waves at the worldwide box office.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Cocktail 2 saw a dip and made a collection of Rs 4cr in the overseas, taking the overall collection to Rs 19.25cr

On the other hand, Cocktail 2 failed to enter the Rs 100cr club during the opening weekend and has made a total worldwide box office collection of Rs 76.25cr after three days of release.

Meanwhile, as there are reports about Cocktail 2 featuring Kriti and Rashmika as lovers, the Mimi actress, during the recent promotions clarified, "There is no lesbian story. I know, we do have that chemistry. We are three straight people, guys. It's only an emotional threesome, not physical".
