With that ₹19.01 Cr start, Dhurandhar 2 has gone past Stree 2 to become the highest-grossing Bollywood title for preview shows. Box-office watchers now track whether the film’s paid previews can also outdo the current all-India benchmark held by Pawan Kalyan’s They Call Him OG.

Data for early shows highlights the scale of Dhurandhar 2 advance booking activity across India. For previews alone, Dhurandhar: The Revenge has already sold 356,817 tickets over 8,371 shows. These sales generate an all-India gross of ₹19.01 Crore, which increases to ₹24.2 Crore once blocked seats are included.

The Hindi 2D edition leads the revenue mix and drives most of the Dhurandhar 2 advance booking momentum. This version contributes ₹18.51 Crore with an average ticket price of ₹414, reflecting strong willingness to pay. Tamil and Telugu language releases are also performing well, adding useful volume from southern circuits.

Gautam Dutta, CEO of PVR INOX, told Variety that PVR INOX has sold more than 150,000 advance tickets. Demand for Dhurandhar 2's advance bookings is building as the release countdown continues and paid previews roll out nationwide. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film benefits from a high-octane trailer and the strategic rollout of early paid shows, both of which drive sales despite premium pricing across many properties.

The sequel’s early response positions Dhurandhar: The Revenge as more than a follow-up for the franchise. The star-studded cast comprises of Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi. With preview records already broken and momentum intact, projections within the industry suggest Dhurandhar 2 could surpass the lifetime earnings of the original film.
