Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Collection Day 54: Dhurandhar 2 has stormed the box office, becoming the highest grossing Hindi film ever in India. The espionage thriller, released on March 19, has also delivered strong results in overseas markets, giving the film a major global presence for Hindi cinema. The film opened as the biggest first-day earner for both Ranveer Singh and director Aditya Dhar. Audience reactions have poured in from across India, with many discussions centring on Ranveer Singh's performance, especially after Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani raised expectations from the actor.

The cast includes Ranveer Singh, Sara Arjun, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi and Sanjay Dutt. Dhurandhar 2 had been among the most talked about Indian releases of the year before it reached cinemas. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Dhurandhar 2, which made a collection of Rs 1.10cr on day 53 (8th Sunday), saw a dip of over 68% in numbers on day 54 (8th Monday). The movie failed to touch Rs 50 lakhs and earned just Rs 35 lakhs on 8th Monday which took the overall collection to Rs 1,143.44cr.

To note, Dhurandhar 2 earned Rs 3 lakhs in overseas on day 54 taking the overall collection to Rs 426.58cr while the total worldwide collection emerged as Rs 1,795.10cr after 54 days of release.

Meanwhile, Jisshu Sengupta opened up about working with Priyadarshan in Bhooth Bangla and told IANS, "The first couple of days, I was really wouldn't say I was tense, but I was, you know, working with "THE" Priyadarshan. On the set, he is a very chilled-out director. He has fun and takes advice from everyone".
