Dhurandhar 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection: Film BEATS Baahubali 2. Can It Overtake Dangal's Record?

Dhurandhar 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection today: Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge is rewriting box office records worldwide, with collections crossing ₹1,788 crore. The Ranveer Singh spy-action film now stands as the second-biggest Indian grosser in history, just behind Aamir Khan’s Dangal and narrowly ahead of SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.

The film, which has been directed by Aditya Dhar, released in March 2026. Within 46 days, Dhurandhar 2 has moved close to the ₹1,790 crore mark globally, placing it level with Baahubali 2’s lifetime worldwide collection of around ₹1,788 crore, according to a report in Sacnilk.

Dangal continues as the highest-grossing Indian film worldwide with a total of ₹2,070 crore. However, a large part of that success came from China, where Dangal collected over ₹1,300 crore alone. Since China is not a steady market for most Indian releases, many analysts treat that performance as a separate case.

For a long time, Baahubali 2, led by Prabhas, set the global standard for Indian cinema earnings. Its worldwide run showed how far Indian films could travel. Dhurandhar 2 has now overtaken that figure, which signals a fresh high point for Bollywood’s presence at the international box office.

The film’s earnings are strong both in India and overseas. In the domestic market, Dhurandhar 2 has grossed more than ₹1,362 crore, while international territories have added about ₹426 crore. Together, these figures push the film firmly into all-time top-tier territory for Indian cinema worldwide.

One has to consider that Dhurandhar 2 was neither released in Gulf countries nor in China; otherwise, the collections would have easily crossed the 1850-crore mark till now.

Among Indian films excluding Gulf and China markets, Dhurandhar 2’s position is even clearer. The latest ranking of worldwide grossers, without Gulf and China, is shown below.
