The RajaSaab Box Office Collection Day 2 (Hindi): The RajaSaab, starring Prabhas, has finally arrived in cinemas and has quickly become a talking point. The fantasy horror comedy released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam. Early audience reaction has been mixed so far, with viewers praising some portions while criticising others. Prabhas, last seen in the 2024 film Kalki 2898 AD, returns here in a very different avatar. The RajaSaab is directed by Sanjay Dutt and positions Prabhas in a lighter, quirky space, blending humour with supernatural moments and emotional family drama aimed at a wide audience.

The RajaSaab also features Boman Irani, Riddhi Kumar and Zarina Wahab in important roles, rounding out the ensemble. The project marks Malavika Mohanan's debut in Telugu cinema, adding further attention within the South market. With its multi-language release and star-heavy cast, the film continues to draw curiosity despite varied reviews. The RajaSaab revolves around Raja, played by Prabhas, who lives with grandmother Gangamma, portrayed by Zarina Wahab. Gangamma has Alzheimer's and remembers little, except memories of long-lost husband Kanakaraju. Sanjay Dutt plays Kanakaraju, who worked earlier as an exorcist and remains central to Gangamma's fading recollections. As The RajaSaab had hit the screens on January 9, it was released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada languages.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, The RajaSaab has been maintaining a slow and steady hold at the box office and minted Rs 5.1cr on day 2 (first Saturday). This took the overall collection of the Hindi version of The RajaSaab to Rs 11.1cr

Given the fact that it is a Sunday, The RajaSaab is expected to hold steady ground at the box office and is expected to mint Rs 5-6cr for the Hindi version. The movie is heading over to cross Rs 15cr mark in the first weekend.

Meanwhile, Prabhas, who has collaborated with Sanjay Dutt for the first time, is all praises for the Khalnayak actor and stated during a pre-release, "Sanjay sir... just your screen presence is more than enough. When they put a close-up on you, you completely consume the screen...When I watched his scenes during dubbing, I started forgetting my own scenes".
