The RajaSaab Box Office Day 1 (Hindi): Prabhas' Film Sees Decent Start On 1st Friday; Did It Hit Double Digit?

The RajaSaab (Hindi) Box Office Collection Day 1: Prabhas has been all over the headlines lately and rightfully so. After all, he is here with his first release of the year. Last seen in 2024 release Kalki 2898 AD, Prabhas is now creating waves for The RajaSaab which is a fantasy horror comedy film and is directed by Sanjay Dutt. The RajaSaab also features Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Nidhhi Agerwal, Riddhi Kumar and Zarina Wahab in key roles. This isn't all. The RajaSaab also feature Malavika Mohanan as she makes her Telugu debut.

To note, The RajaSaab follows Raja (played by Prabhas), a caring grandson living with his grandmother Gangamma (played by Zarina Wahab), who has Alzheimer's and only remembers her long-lost husband, Kanakaraju (played by Sanjay Dutt), an exorcist. Urged by her fading memories, Raja sets off to find his grandfather, traveling to Hyderabad where he faces funny mishaps, falls for a nun named Bessy (played by Nidhhi Agerwal), and teams up with Bhairavi (played by Malavika Mohanan), granddaughter of a thief who knows clues about Kanakaraju. After creating immense buzz in the town, The RajaSaab, which had released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam, opened to mixed reviews from the audience

According to a report published in Sacnilk, The RajaSaab made an opening day collection of Rs 5.5-6cr for the Hindi version on day 1 (first Friday).

The RajaSaab Box Office Collection Day 2 Prediction (Hindi)

Given the fact that it is a weekend, The RajaSaab is expected to see a hike in numbers in the Hindi market. The movie is likely to mint around Rs 7-8cr on day 2 (first Saturday) taking the overall collection close to Rs 15cr in two days.

Meanwhile, Prabhas, who has collaborated with Sanjay Dutt for the first time, is all praises for the Khalnayak actor and stated during a pre-release, "Sanjay sir... just your screen presence is more than enough. When they put a close-up on you, you completely consume the screen...When I watched his scenes during dubbing, I started forgetting my own scenes".
