Welcome To The Jungle Box Office Collection Day 1 (Morning Trend): Akshay Kumar's comedy slate is drawing fresh attention lately and rightfully so. After grabbing eyeballs with Bhooth Bangla, he is now here Welcome To The Jungle which is emerging as one of his biggest ensemble releases. The adventure comedy revives the Welcome franchise after Welcome in 2007 and Welcome Back in 2015, with Ahmed Khan directing an action-adventure comedy built around a large star cast. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Welcome To The Jungle recorded an occupancy of 11% during morning shows today (day 1/first Friday). Interestingly, it has managed to beat the morning occupancy of Bhooth Bangla which was 10.77%

Welcome To The Jungle witnessed a slow response at the box office and failed to earn Rs 3cr during morning shows. In fact, the movie minted Rs 2.54cr until 1pm.

Meanwhile, Akshay recently spoke about his thoughts on retirement during the trailer launch and stated, "I do feel like retiring sometimes; this thought comes to me at 4 am when I wake up. But in five seconds, I remember I have to be on a shoot, where 300 people are waiting for me. Then I tell myself I will think about retirement the next day; 36 years have passed doing this. If I retire, what will happen. I will become an electrician, dog walker, gardener, etc. So I feel it's better if I go to work and not retire. I try to spend time with family. After one day, they asked me when will I return to work. I find the word retire very wrong. A person should retire five seconds before dying. If you want a long life, keep working".
