Welcome To The Jungle Box Office Collection Day 3 (Early Update): Akshay Kumar's Welcome To The Jungle is drawing attention not just as another comedy sequel, but as a major reunion project for Hindi cinema audiences. The film brings Akshay back to the Welcome universe after the 2007 original, following his absence from Welcome Back in 2015. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Welcome To The Jungle earned Rs 19.16cr until 7 pm today taking the overall collection to Rs 58.16cr. While the movie continues to have a good hold, it is expected to touch Rs 65cr after the opening weekend.

Meanwhile, talking about Welcome To The Jungle, Ahmed Khan told Mid Day, "It was an ambitious project from the word go. In India, ambition means getting the cast and their dates. Every actor was busy with other films and every character in this film is important. That's why it took us two-and-a-half years to complete".
