Dino Morea rides high...

Dino Morea off late has been in limelight for many reasons. It's not only his movies but his restaurant, his website, his new step towards producing movies and of course his personal life.

He is currently working on Pawan Kaul's film Bhram - The Illusion. Talking about Bhram he says, "I like its script, which is written by Bhavani Iyer, the writer of Black and that's what made me sign this movie. It's a nice drama. I have worked with Pawan Kaul before. He knows his job really well. Again this is Magna's first film production. So I wanted to be part of this."

Dino plays a character of an investment banker. Speaking about his role he elaborates "It's about relationships. It's about a relationship between two brothers and a relationship between two lovers. It's about a girl, who is completely disillusioned towards men and how my character changes her whole perception about men. It's a really interesting drama."

This year he had as many as five releases including Fight Club, Tom Dick and Harry, Holiday, Aksar and Aap Ki Khatir. He says, "It just happened as Holiday was supposed to release in December 2005 and it got delayed. Same with Fight Club! They all got pushed to 2006, so it just happened and nothing was planned".

Happy with his work, Dino wants to maintain his record but better it with giving good films in the following year. Next year I have Vikram Bhatt's movie releasing first Life Main Kabhi Kabhi then either Anamika or Bhram and then I'll be busy with my home production."

Ask him about the status of his production house and he quickly replies, "I am in the casting stage right now. I hope I get the right people that I want for this film. It's a brilliant movie. My production house is called Clockwork Films. I intend to start shooting in August. I need to do eight months pre-production work. Shamin Desai, an old friend of mine and a very talented filmmaker, will be directing my first production."

Dino plans to make his film on a bigger scale. He says, "I am planning to make it on a bigger scale than the films I have acted in. I would like my own company to present this film. If a good company works on my terms and condition then I don't mind any other company to co-produce my film. I want my company's name on the list. I want my company to get recognized." This charming actor has always been highly appreciated by his girl fans and his website plays a crucial role to connect him to his fans. And no wonder Dino gives an hour from his busy schedule to answer all his fans. Talking about his website he says, "It has pictures, downloads, profile and trailers of my movies, the ad films, discussion and forum where I post everyday. Apart from India I have fan mails from America and South Africa."

That was all about his professional life but when it comes to his personal life Dino prefers to talk frankly. Talking about the recent news about his marriage plan with designer girlfriend Nandita Mahtani he says, "That was all goofed up stories. I was supposed to go to Bangalore for my birthday but I didn't go. Nandita went to Bangalore for her label launch so she had to go for work. There was a press conference so they thought Nandita is in Banglore and Dino is also in Banglore. And they thought may be we are planning to get married. Again someone from media had asked me my views on marriage and I said I like the idea of marriage so they wrote Dino is getting married."
