her
classical
music
performance
in
honor
of
her
Guru,
Pandit
Pandharinath
Kolhapure
on
Sunday.
She
is
learning
classical
music
from
Pandit
Pandharinath
Kolhapure,
who
is
also
the
father
of
Padmini,
Shivangi
and
Tejaswini
Kolhapure.
Pandit
Pandharinath
Kolhapure,
a
disciple
of
Kumar
Gandharva,
is
a
revered
musician
working
towards
conservation
of
our
heritage.
Juhi
came
an
hour
in
advance
and
did
her
riyaz
and
performed
along
with
other
renowned
musicians
including
Jayashree
Kamabelkar,
Vibhav
Nageshkar
at
University's
VV
Bhavan,
Churchgate.
Speaking
about
her
performance
Juhi
says,
"Guruji
had
the
faith
in
me
and
felt
that
I
could
perform
in
front
of
such
a
huge
audience
of
renowned
musicians
and
music
lovers.
It
was
a
great
honor
and
it
was
his
strength
of
presence
that
enabled
me
to
perform."

student

Kolhapure
informs
that
Juhi
will
be
an
accomplished
singer
in
another
two
years.
