Fitness
mantra
I
am
actually
quite
a
fitness
freak.
Being
fit
matters
a
lot
to
me.
I
am
really
happy
I
take
good
care
of
my
body.
Exercise
regimen
I
am
into
martial
arts.
I
practice
with
a
trainer
that
comes
to
my
place.
I
have
taken
up
dance
classes
too.
I
cycle
a
lot.
I
go
to
the
gym
about
three
times
a
week.
I
am
not
such
a
gym
freak
in
the
sense
that
I
don't
like
or
want
to
have
bulging
muscles.
I
would
go
for
the
lean
look,
any
day.
In
fact,
people
have
often
wondered
how
I
manage
to
look
so
thin.
Most
of
it
is
genetic,
but
then
I
never
stop
exercising
either.
Food
intake
As
far
as
food
goes,
I
am
vegetarian.
No
meat
and
fish
for
me,
just
maybe
eggs
at
times.
Fruits
and
vegetables
form
a
major
part
of
my
diet.
I
prefer
'ghar
ka
khaana'
to
anything
else.
Say
no
to
I
don't
drink
and
smoke.
They
are
major
vices
which
can
harm
one's
body
inexplicably.
That
way,
I
believe
I
am
actually
very
healthy.
Sweet
temptations
Well
as
a
kid,
I
did
like
sweet
stuff.
But
now
I
have
learnt
to
resist.
Some
nice
and
really
tasty
things
have
also
to
be
barred
at
times!
Best
bodies
in
the
business
Here
I
will
have
to
take
the
name
of
none
other
than
my
buddy,
Hrithik
Roshan(
who
has
been
Kunal's
pal
for
years
now).
He
has
a
well
sculpted
body
and
really
looks
dashing.
Importance
of
fitness
Fitness
should
be
an
integral
part
of
every
human
being's
life
regardless
of
his
being
an
actor
or
a
model.
Any
form
of
exercise
is
good
and
is
sure
to
help.
I
would
say
no
one
should
ever
ignore
his/her
body.
Health
is
wealth.
No
two
ways
about
it.
