"I
begin
my
day
with
a
date," says
Neil
Nitin
Mukesh,
who
is
still
basking
in
the
afterglow
of
his
success
with
Johnny
Gaddaar
The
culinary
expertise
of
Neil
Nitin
Mukesh
stretches
to
cheese
fondue,
pasta
and
salads.
For
the
rest,
he
relies
on
his
mom
and
his
maharaj.
I
am
a
non-vegetarian.
But
at
home,
I
prefer
to
eat
vegetarian
since
my
parents
are
vegetarian.
In
non-vegetarian,
I
love
fish
and
chicken
as
they
are
high
in
protein.
I
don"t
eat
rich
vegetarian
food.
I
begin
my
day
with
a
date,
a
glass
of
milk,
four
almonds,
a
fig,
a
vitamin
tablet,
fruits
and
an
egg
on
toast.
My
lunch
comprises
of
dal,
roti,
sabji.
I
prefer
eating
with
my
entire
unit
and
having
a
buffet
spread.
On
the
sets
of
Johnny
Gaddaar,
the
food
was
nice
and
spicy.
I
eat
almost
bland
food,
though
I
binged
on
the
non-vegetarian
food
which
was
simply
delicious.
I
generally
carried
my
own
food.
Dharamji
is
a
generous
person
and
always
offered
us
whatever
he
was
having.
My
dinner
is
anything
cooked
at
home.
I
am
not
a
very
fussy
eater.
Even
if
some
different
cuisine
is
made
at
home,
I
prefer
to
eat
my
dal,
roti
and
sabji.
I
save
the
exotic
dishes
for
when
I
dine
out.
My
workout
consists
of
weight
training
four
times
a
week
for
all
body
parts.
Twice
a
week,
I
like
to
do
cardio
as
it"s
essential.
I
don"t
hate
anything
but
yes,
I
can
surely
do
without
karela.
I
remember
when
I
was
a
kid
I
once
expressed
my
hatred
for
it
and
was
made
to
eat
it
the
entire
week
as
punishment.
My
childhood
memory
of
ladoos
made
with
condensed
milk
and
grated
coconut
is
one
I
cherish.
They
were
mixed
and
frozen
for
a
while
and
would
melt
in
the
mouth.
I
always
carry
water
with
me.
I
cannot
have
water
anywhere
as
I
am
very
finicky
about
it.
In
fact
there
is
a
particular
brand
I
am
loyal
too.
In
the
evenings
I
binge
on
fruits,
juice
and
biscuits.
I
also
like
to
eat
a
nice
salad
or
a
protein-rich
sandwich.
In
my
fridge
you"ll
always
find
a
lot
of
chocolates.
I
love
chocolates
but
stay
away
from
them.
I
have
a
lot
of
kids
coming
home
and
I
am
always
playing
Santa
Claus.
Sunday
lunch
is
mostly
a
glass
of
wine
and
a
spread
of
good
breads
and
salads
with
chocolate
fondue
for
dessert.
My
favourite
cooks
from
my
family
are
my
mom
and
my
maharaj.
My
maharaj
makes
mind
blowing
Sindhi
food,
but
I
recognise
a
dish
made
by
my
mother
by
the
unique
taste
that
it
has.
I
can
make
cheese
fondue,
pasta
and
salads.
My
best
dining
friends
are
my
friend
Vandan,
his
fiancee,
Priyanka,
Neerja
and
my
younger
brother
Naman.
With
them
around,
I
know
the
food
will
not
go
'waist".
My
comfort
food
is
home
made
khichdi.
I
can"t
resist
buying
candies,
Doritos
and
chewing
gum.
But
like
I
said,
it"s
all
hoarded.
My
idea
of
a
romantic
meal
would
be
a
beautiful
candlelit
dinner
with
a
neat
spread
of
authentic
food
and
desserts
which
have
icing
and
a
cherry
on
top.
My
favourite
restaurants
are
Trattoria
and
China
House.
Abroad
you
can
find
me
at
the
Hooters
J
and
of
course,
Mr
Chow.
My
mouth
waters
for
some
good
idli
dosa
and
some
garam
garam
gulaab
jamun
in
the
end.
My
favourite
spice
is
cardamom
My
favourite
kitchen
appliance
is
the
microwave.
I
think
it"s
one
of
the
most
convenient
appliances.
My
favourite
beverage
is
Pina
Colada
My
poison
is
a
not-too-dry
French
wine.
I
love
fruits.
You
name
them
and
I
love
them
all.
My
favourites
are
strawberries,
kiwis
and
mangoes.
I
am
a
die
hard
dessert
person.
I
can
kill
for
chocolate
mousse,
cheesecakes
and
of
course
I
love
the
marble
pudding
my
aunt
sends
me
every
weekend
without
fail.
I
resemble
a
strawberry.
