Shah Rukh wishes 'Men in Blue' for World Cup

With the World Cup fever in the air how can our very own Bollywood industry stay away from the sport?

Tuesday night saw the send off for the Indian cricket team to the World Cup. Present at the heartfelt event was none other than Shah Rukh Khan who paid his wishes to the Indian cricket team.

Also present at the event were Adnan Sami and Shankar Mahadevan who rocked the fans present at the venue with some foot tapping songs. Priyanka Chopra, the sultry actress, made a special appearance to wish the team good luck.

But the highlight of the event was King Khan who addressed the entire cricket team which was present at the event along with Captain Rahul Dravid. SRK told them that they should do their best and leave the rest. He also apologised to the team no behalf of the media saying that sometimes people are rude to the team and say demeaning things when the team loses. But now we take all that back and the team should go and get back the World Cup.

Captain of Indian cricket team, Rahul Dravid thanked Shah Rukh Khan and millions of cricket fans for their wishes and said that the Indian team will do its best at the World Cup.
