Ash and Big B at Big A's book launch

The moment someone mentions of the famous politician L.K. Advani, the first thing that comes to mind is that of nothing but a shrewd politician. However, if you mention the same name before Bollywood's Big B, Aishwarya Bachchan and other 'powerful names', then, chances are very bright that the first thing that will recall of L K Advani is that of a heartfelt writer and an author.

That also explains the reason as to why Amitabh Bachchan, his beautifully dutiful daughter-in-law Aishwarya, ace art director Nitin Desai and Manoj 'Bharat' Kumar were in full attendance at the grand launch of Advani's book My Country My Life.

It's too early to even speak about the book review, but looking at the crème de la crème who had come for the launch, this book does promise to make a good read. After all, there can be exceptions to the saying 'Do not judge a book by its cover'.
