The only Khan Hollywood knows

Irrfan Khan may be just another actor in Bollywood but this acting talent has made a mark for himself in Hollywood. Apparently he is the only Khan that Hollywood knows and his popularity is far ahead of the Khan trio of Aamir, Salman and Shahrukh in the west. The actor has worked with biggest of stars in Hollywood which includes Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.

Irrfan however remains humble to his popularity in the west and says people in the west are not aware of the popularity the three Khans in India. Irrfan delivered a solid performance in the movie A Mighty Heart where he stared with Jolie and Pitt. The movie was based on the murder of Wall Street journalist Daniel Pearl. He followed it up with a mesmerising show in Mira Nair's The Namesake based on an Indian family which migrates to the US.

The actor who is finished shooting for his next movie The Darjeeling Limited in which he has outperformed his Hollywood counterparts of Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody and Jason Schwartzman. Famous British critic James Christopher from The Times has singled out Irrfan as the only performer in the movie which is otherwise disappointing. He will next be seen in the comedy Sunday where he stars with Ajay Devgan. Life has changed a lot for this Irrfan who had come to Mumbai and struggled a lot to make a mark for himself in Bollywood.
