Shifting
ahead
of
Anjaana
Anjaani
has
proven
to
be
an
expensive
affair
for
many
a
filmmaker
who
were
planning
to
release
their
movies
in
the
month
of
October.
One
of
them
is
Anjum
Rizvi
who
would
now
be
shelling
out
more
moolah
for
the
continued
promotion
of
his
newest
production
A
Flat.
Reason
being
that
this
Jimmy
Shergill
-
Sanjay
Suri
starrer
has
now
been
pushed
ahead
all
the
way
to
November
to
avoid
the
clutter
that
has
been
created
in
the
month
of
October.
The
film
would
now
be
releasing
on
12th
November
even
though
the
decision
means
an
escalation
in
cost
of
promotion.
"It's
okay,
ours
is
a
reasonably
budgeted
film
but
I
won't
mind
pumping
in
some
more
money
for
the
film's
promotion,
says
Rizvi
who
has
earlier
made
A
Wednesday
and
Charas
with
Jimmy
Sheirgill,
"Added
promotion
is
only
going
to
help
the
film
further.
People
have
been
reacting
positively
to
the
well
cut
promos
so
far
and
now
that
we
have
more
time
in
hand,
there
would
be
a
lot
more
revealed
about
the
true
mood
of
the
film
in
weeks
to
come."
As
things
stand
today,
the
Diwali
weekend
of
5th
November
would
see
Action
Replayy
and
Golmaal
3
clashing
with
each
other
and
hence
occupying
maximum
screen
space
across
all
multiplexes.
"A
Flat
should
still
find
shows
for
itself
since
we
are
arriving
a
week
later.
There
should
be
some
empty
space
available",
says
Rizvi,
"In
case
there
is
any
issue
with
that
we
would
come
on
19th
November."
Jimmy
is
also
in
agreement
with
his
producer
here.
He
says,
"Anjum
has
been
around
for
a
reasonably
good
time
to
understand
the
rules
of
the
game.
He
is
a
smart
businessman
and
knows
how
to
release
his
films.
He
won't
take
any
decision
out
of
sheer
emotion.
If
he
is
deciding
to
push
the
film
ahead,
it
makes
sense.
This
should
only
add
on
the
film's
prospects
in
the
long
run."
With
Guzaarish
(if
at
all
it
arrives)
expected
to
be
the
only
release
on
19th
November,
A
Flat
could
well
enjoy
some
breathing
space
out
of
the
October
clutter.
A
good
decision
indeed
since
there
are
more
than
couple
of
dozen
films
already
fighting
it
out
in
October.
These
are
Anjaana
Anjaani,
Aakrosh,
Crook:

that's
quite
