Action Replayy highlights: Blast from the past

Anybody would presume in the first instance that Action Replayy is a complete action film, for the simple reason that the once Action King Akshay Kumar plays the lead role. But will filmmakers offer fights rather than fun to the audience on Diwali? No way! Action Replayy featuring Akshay Kumar, Aishwarya Bachchan, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Neha Dhupia too is a complete fun-filled film specially planned for the festive season.

The highlight of Action Replayy is certainly Akshay Kumar. He started off in films as an action hero but ended up doing comedy roles. Interestingly, the audience wants him to make them laugh rather than throw his fists on goons. This is the ground reality today. And he is doing just what his fans want him to do – entertain them.

Aishwarya is one of the highlights of the film. She has acted in almost all genres of films but is yet to prove her skills in comedy. Action Replayy is a good opportunity to showcase her funny side. It will be a treat to see her portraying a tomboyish character.

The promos of the film have gone down so well with the film lovers. Akshay and Aishwarya look so good in retro look. They surely make a wonderful pair. The film has its share of controversy with a company filing a suit against the makers, but it is unlikely to hamper the Diwali spirit of the film lovers.

Action Replayy is a romantic comedy produced and directed by Vipul Shah. It is about a couple, who fights on silly things. However, their son makes them go back to the past and fall in love all over again by turning the time machine.
