Amitabh gifted salt Ganesha by Poland

The Ash clouds that brought Europe to a standstill might have also affected Amitabh Bachchan's visit to Poland back then, when he was invited as a chief guest at the International Film Festival of Independent cinema. But as a result of that, the ambassador of Poland did get to visit Mr. Bachchan at his residence Pratiksha in Mumbai city.

After many delays, the ambassador of Poland Piotr Klodkowski finally met Big B to gift him a specially crafted salt Ganesha. This Ganesha was to be gifted to Bachchan at the Wielcza Salt Mines that he was supposed to visit while in Poland.

In return, Mr. Bachchan gifted three books to the ambassador, one of them was Madhushala which is an English translation of his father's poems, and was personally autographed as well.
