Preity Zinta on her mission to eradicate HIV

On this World AIDS Day, bollywood actress Preity Zinta, who is also an UNAID goodwill ambassador, has been working hard to spread awareness among the people about the deadly disease. Preity has been sharing her day's experience on her micro-blogging page.

Preity shared a rare picture of her sitting at Hamsafar Trust in Mumbai and chatting to the people living with HIV and listening to their problems. Preity shared a heart touching incident. She tweeted, “One lady living with HIV told me she was sick. So she went to the doc. On meeting her he said 'Why do u wanna life? Don't waste my time!'"

Preity tweeted that less ignorance and more awareness is needed to protect every child from HIV. She says that it is very disappointing to see that human beings have forgotten the basic language of love that, separates a man from a beast.
