Will Don 2 beat Ra.One's opening record at Box Office?

Shahrukh Khan has already set a new deadline at the Box Office with his recent movie Ra.One. The King Khan is back with another movie Don 2, which is one among the most anticipated movies of 2011. Now, the question is - Will Don 2 beat the record of the Bollywood Baadshah's last movie.

As per the volume of theatrical release, the film Don 2 is the second largest release, which has graced 3,000 screens across the country today (December 23). It is a sequel to Don, which has got new set of audience to Super star Shahrukh Khan. Its pre-release promotions have created lots of curiosity among the viewers. It was speculated that it would surely break of the opening record of Ra.One and Bodyguard.

Sources claim that the advance ticket booking for Don 2, which has received mixed reviews from film critics, is good, but it is not comparable to Ra.One and the movie has registered an average occupancy in the first shows across the country. So trade experts say that there are less chances for the film to break Ra.One record. It should be seen whether it will set a new benchmark or not.
