A few fans from Pakistan have dedicated a song to Poonam Pandey. The music video states - “Please Note. This girl is no more Poonam Pandey but Chillam Pandey. Dedicating a song to my love from Pakistan."

Poonam Pandey was naturally thrilled at the gesture and happily tweeted, “Tweethearts!!! Wht is the Meaning of CHILLAM ...coz one of my fan from PAKISTAN made a song CHILLAM PANDEY n mailed me!!!! Phew!! Heheh (sic)."

Poonam further tweeted, “HAHAHAHA CRAZY PEOPLE ne wayz TWEETHEARTS thanx for Loving me so Much hehehehe lol #CHILLAMPANDEY(sic)."

The qawwali song, which means “say no to drugs, say yes to Chillam Pandey" talks about how vices can destroy a man and why getting intoxicated by beauty is far better than anything else.
