Is Shahrukh's Ra.One bike a copy of Tron Legacy bike?

Did you check out the first look of Shahrukh Khan's bike in his upcoming superhero-sci-fi film Ra.One?

Well here we bring you the picture that actor Shahrukh Khan posted on his micro-blogging pages saying that he felt like a dude while riding it. “Posting a picture of the bike we used in Ra.One. Always wanted to ride bikes...mom never allowed me. Just so that she knows...this one I was tied to with wires so perfectly safe...for a romantic hero I felt quite the dude..ha ha," wrote.

When one first sees this superhero bike designed by Sabu Cyril, for a flash of a second one gets reminded of the Tron Legacy bike. Though Shahrukh informed that Cyril designed the bike after being inspired from a lot of images from books and photos, it is evident from the picture that a lot has been inspired from the bike used in the Hollywood film Tron Legacy.

While one can argue that there is a huge dissimilarity between the designs of both the bikes, but the minute similarities cannot be overlooked. A few of our readers also indicated that when they saw Shahrukh's bike they first felt it was a rough model of the Tron bike. However, what will differentiate these bikes from each other is the unique super powers that each of them posses. While one is aware of the power of the Tron bike, the specialties of Shahrukh's bike in Ra.One is yet to be discovered.

Ra.One is a superhero film directed by Abhinay Deo. The film apart from Shahrukh, stars actress Kareena Kapoor as the female lead and actor Arjun Rampal in the character of Ra.One, the villain of the flick. Ra.One is scheduled for an October 26 release.
