Heroine Movie: Viewers' Review

Madhur Bhandarkar's latest release Heroine, that got released this Friday, turned out to be a disappointing attempt. Heroine, that features Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Randeep Hooda in the leads, revolves around the story of an actress, whose Bollywood career is on a decline. The movie has received negative reviews from film critics. Kareena's performance is the main highlight of the film. But it suffers from weak direction, disastrous music, bad editing and old plot, lengthy, monotonous and dragging narration. On the other hand, the viewers and audience too have given negative reviews about Heroine. Here's what our readers have to say:

Mehak: I wasted all my money for Heroine. It is an awful movie.

Sona: Madhur Bhandarkar should leave making movies. Heroine was a horrible film. I still cannot believe it's A MADHUR BHANDARKAR FILM.

Nisha: Nothing new in Heroine. The entire film is just so boring. It's an exact copy of Priyanka Chopra's Fashion.

Amit: Heroine is below expectation from Madhur... Kareena did fair job but not justified by the director.

Isha: All Characters in Heroine are caricatures. A Page 3 party, a press conference or even a filmy award ceremony. Every scene is artificial because of an overdose of melodrama and heightened hysteria.

Viji: I think Madhur started with a good concept but he got confused what to show without offending film industry. This is an average film. Karina did a superb job. I give her full marks.

Suhana: Honestly speaking I liked the movie. It was worth watching one time with complete entertainment and promising performances.

Karan: In one world I would say outstanding work by Mr. Madhur. He did phenominal job with this movie.
