Pictures: Bollywood's who's who attend People's Choice Awards

The who's who from Bollywood along with Television and sports personalities attended the first edition of the People's Choice Awards in India.

Speaking about the awards, Priyanka Chopra told a leading daily, "I have seen the US version of these awards a lot of times, and I think Colors is the best platform to be presenting these awards. I love live acts, and I always try and do something different, and that's what I will be doing at the People's Choice Awards this time too."

Akash Sharma, co-founder and MD, Bulldog Media & Entertainment (who are organising the awards in India) says, "When Bulldog was invited to the People's Choice Awards in the US a few years ago, I knew it was an amazing franchise. But what hit us the most was that this was a show that gave a voice to the people."

At the awards, Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra performed to a medley of songs from Yash Chopra's films and Priyanka said, "Yashji will never say action or cut to me but at least I could pay shraddhanjali to him..." Kareena Kapoor Khan, who recently got married, gave her first stage performance post the wedding. Check out the pictures.
