Celebrities like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor have the whole world under their feet...or so it may seem from far. The moment you go closer, you can't help but wonder if these high flying celebs are stars or victims!

Everything that these celebrities do or say make headlines - whether or not they like! Here is a list of stars who due to their star status have been criticised and victimised time and again.

Shahrukh Khan
From smoking in public to his alleged soft corner for Priyanka Chopra and his fights at the recent IPL season, Shahrukh Khan has been victimised time and again. While smoking in public is banned in India for one and all, it is stars like Shahrukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor (Udaipur resident had filed a complaint against the actor for smoking on the sets of his film), who are singled out because of their star status.

Shahrukh Khan gracefully handled the situation when he was accused of having a soft corner for Priyanka Chopra. However, at the recent IPL, Shahrukh Khan lost his temper when a few security personal allegedly misbehaved and pushed his children. While it is normal for any father to react the way he did, Shahrukh Khan, being the 'baadshah' of Bollywood was scrutinised and even banned on entering the Wankhede grounds for five-years by the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA).

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who is no less than a goddess is media's favourite child. Right from the time Ash won the Miss World contest, fans wanted more and more of the most beautiful woman in the world! The paparaazi can't seem to get enough of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Though she was always in the media's hitlist, interest in Ash's life increased ten fold when she became the Bachchan bahu. Aishwarya's career, pregnancy, post delivery weight and even her daughter Aaradhya is hot topic of discussion today.

Kareena Kapoor-Saif Ali Khan
A few months back, Saif Ali Khan was the target of media's hitlist, when he got into a brawl with an NRI named Iqbal Sharma at a leading posh restaurant in Mumbai. Iqbal accused that Saif Ali Khan, hit him and hurt him on his nose. However, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor and his friends insisted that it was Iqbal who misbehaved and even made nasty comments about Kareena and their other female friends.

Salman Khan
Salman Khan too like his other famous counterparts has time and again been targeted by the media. Whether it be for his innumerable alleged affairs with his beautiful actresses or legal hassles for poaching or rash driving (causing innocent people to be killed), Salman Khan was not spared. However, the actor is a changed person today and is much less chasen by the media.
