Shahrukh Khan's Jab Tak Hai Jaan's poster plagiarised?

There has been a lot of hype and hulabaloo over Shahrukh Khan's much-awaited movie Jab Tak Hai Jaan. The latest news is that the movie's poster has a resemblance to the poster of the 2011 French war adventure film, Special Forces.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan's poster features Shahrukh Khan standing in the center of the print. The poster also depicts a few moments of the film that has been worked into the outline of SRK's body. Those moments include Shahrukh-Katrina Kaif's intimate scene and, Anushka Sharma riding a bike. It has been alleged that this poster has been plagiarised from Special Forces.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan, which is a comeback film of director Yash Chopra, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, will be released during Diwali. Have a look at the above image and comment if you think that JTHJ's poster is a plagiarised copy or not?
