Aishwarya, Rani, Kajol, Sonali At Madhuri Dixit's Father's Prayer Meet
Bollywood diva Madhuri Dixit recently had a big loss last week as her father expired. Her father, Shankar R Dixit died on Friday, September 13 after a prolonged illness. Initially we had only seen Rani Mukherjee from the B-Town who attended the funeral. However, we have snapped the B-Town stars paying respects to Madhuri's dad.
Actors such as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kajol, Huma Qureshi, Juhi Chawla and a few more were spotted at attending a prayer meet that was held in memory of the deceased.
Madhuri's father was 91 when he breathed his last. "We'll miss him but we know he lived a full life. We thank all those who have offered their condolences and prayers," Madhuri stated after her father's passing away.
A few celebrities like Rani Mukherjee, Juhi Chawla and Jackie Shroff were few of those celebrities who were Madhuri's side during the ceremony. However, we were quite surprised to see many of Madhuri's co-stars such as Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan and others.
Madhuri's entire family was present at the prayer meeting which was held at ISCON auditorium in Juhu on Monday, September 16. "His memory will live on in the hearts of his 4 kids and 7 grand kids. And our successes are his successes." said Madhuri about her daddy dearest.
