Mumbai: Ishaqzaade star Arjun Kapoor turned 28 recently. And on his special day the actor threw a birthday party and invited all his friends from Bollywood. Ranbir Kapoor, who is basking in the success of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, and his girlfriend Katrina Kaif were also present at the party. Not only Ranbir-Katrina alleged lover Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone also attended the bash.

Arjun Kapoor, who is the son of producer Boney Kapoor, entered the world of cinema in 2012 with Yash Raj Films Ishaqzaade opposite Parineeti Chopra. Not many people know that Arjun Kapoor used to be 140 kilos before entering films. It was superstar Salman Khan who forced Arjun to loose weight and become an actor.

Arjun Kapoor has signed two more big banner films. He is working in Yash Raj's action romance titled Gunday, which also stars Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra. After shooting Gunday, Arjun will shoot for a Karan Johar's film opposite Alia Bhatt.
