Amrita Rao Talks About Shahid-Kareena's Break Up

When Kareena Kapoor agreed to share the screen space with her ex-boyfriend Shahid Kapoor's rumoured girlfriend Amrita Rao, it became the talk of the B-Town. After a lot of gossips and speculations, Amrita has finally decided to speak up about Shahid-Kareena's break up and her camaraderie with the latter, while filming for Satyagraha.

Talking to a leading daily, Amrita Rao said that after Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor broke up, the media had held her responsible for the split. There were reports that Shahid-Kareena parted ways, after the former got close with Amrita Rao, while filming Vivah. But, Amrita claims this "was a farce ".

Amrita further claimed that she shares a completely comfortable relationship with Kareena Kapoor both on and offscreen. "In fact at the time they both broke up, the media held me responsible and linked me up with Shahid. That was a farce . Kareena and I are both mature people and during the shoot we shared a completely comfortable relationship on screen as well as off screen," the actress told the daily.
