Vivek Oberoi's heavy metal costume weighs about 28 KG and is the most expensive costume of the film.
Krrish 3 Release
The film was previously expected to release on November 4, 2013, but was brought forward to a November 1, Diwali release.
Krrish 3 Controversy
Uday Singh Rajput, a writer from Sagar district in Madhya Pradesh moved the Bombay High Court alleging copyright violation of the script of Krrish 3 and seeking a stay on the all India release of the film and claiming 2 crore compensation. But, the High Court refused to grant relief to a writer.
Kaal- The Villain
After talks with Ajay Devgn and Shahrukh Khan fell through, Vivek Oberoi was eventually cast for the villain's role.
Krrish 3 Action Scenes
Instead of shooting abroad, the action scenes were shot in India. The team created miniature version of Mumbai for the scenes.
Kangs
Kangna Ranaut's is seen wearing a rubber latex suit throughout the film, which was created over a period of 45 days after experimenting with 25 sketches. She had to shed 4 kgs to fit in this outfit and it took her around 2 hours each day to fit perfectly in this costume!
Lakshmi Manchu
In January 2011, Lakshmi Manchu claimed to have been offered a role in the film as the antagonist's girlfriend.
Krrish 3 Accident
Actress Shaurya Chauhan had an accident while shooting for the film in Hyderabad, due to which the film has faced some delays. She played the role of a mutant Scorpion Woman in the film.
Rekha
There was also initial speculation that Rekha would play a major role in the film, which was later denied as a rumour.
