Lootera: Critics' Review

It looks like the Ranveer Singh-Sonakshi Sinha starrer movie Lootera has done wonders. The Udaan director Vikramaditya Motwane's latest release Lootera, featuring Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha in the leads, has received a thumbs up from almost all the movie critics.

Lootera is a love story, that revolves around the lives of two young lovers Pakhi (Sonakshi Sinha) and Varun (Ranveer Singh). Inspired from American author O. Henry's short story The Last Leaf, Lootera is a beautifully narrated, well-crafted love story that will make you fall in love with it again and again.

According to most of the critics, Lootera is a heart-warming love story. Set in the 50s, the film effortlessly slips into the history and successfully creates an old-age romance saga, with some overpowering star performances. Filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane's last creation Udaan did manage to win many hearts across the nation, and now his latest movie Lootera seems to have all the ingredients to create the magic again.
