Madhuri Dixit In A Never Seen Avatar In Gulaab Gang First Look

The first look of Madhuri Dixit’s upcoming movie Gulaab Gang has been released and this newly released poster of the movie is popping eyeballs.The actress is seen in a fierce avatar as she plays the role of a crusader against social injustice in the movie which is based on Gulabi Gang, a group of Indian women vigilantes and activists dressed in pink saris, fighting against the social injustice and operating in the Bundelkhand region of central India.

This first look of Gulaab Gang features Madhuri holding a sickle in one hand and an axe in the other hand. The movie which is directed by Soumik Sen also stars Juhi Chawla in the lead role and is set to hit the theatres on March 7, 2014. This is just a day before International Women’s day. This is the first movie which features Juhi Chawla and Madhuri Dixit in a movie. Word is out that Juhi Chawla will be seen playing a negative role in the film.

Gulaab Gang features Madhuri Dixit as Rajjo, a leader of the gang and Juhi Chawla plays the role of Sumitra Devi. Madhuri says that Gulaab Gang is a tribute to women. "It is a perfect tribute on Women's Day. What better way to celebrate the greatness of our mothers and sisters than to release a film that talks about women empowerment?" said Madhuri recently.
