Superstar Shahrukh Khan recently launched the music of his upcoming film Chennai Express along with Deepika Padukone at JW Marriott. And to make the music launch of the movie more interesting, the guests were given a whistle and a lungi to get in the fun mood.

Despite his shoulder injury, Shahrukh Khan could not resist himself to perform on stage. Not only this the actor also sung a few songs from his favourite movies. Deepika Padukone, who was looking gorgeous in her evening gown, was also seen having fun with Shahrukh and director Rohit Shetty.

Also Shahrukh Khan had specially invited South Indian actress Priya Mani, who will be seen doing an item number in Chennai Express. Others who attended the music launch of Chennai Express were Nikitin Dheer, Shekhar Ravjiani of the Vishal-Shekar duo, Singer Neeti Mohan, lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya, producer Ronnie Screwala and T-series head Bhushan Kumar.

Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film Chennai Express is about a man's jouney from Mumbai to Rameshwaram and what happens during the journey. Since it's a Rohit Shetty film, one can expect lots of action in it with a romantic twist. The movie is all set to release on Eid this year.
