The saying- With success comes responsibility holds true for Salman Khan. The actor who is one of the most popular stars of Bollywood is famous for his big heart and charities. He has also started an NGO known as Being Human which supports the underprivileged children.
The Foundation has two focus areas- Education and Healthcare. To increase the reach of Being Human Foundation, Salman Khan has undertaken initiatives such as Being Human Art, Being Human merchandise and Being Human Gold Coins.
Recently Salman Khan's Being Human Foundation launched a new initiative to provide Affordable Congenital Heart Defect Surgery. The initiative is known as "Child Heart Mission" . In 2011, Salman launched his own production company called Salman Khan Being Human Productions. All the Money which will be generated from SKBH productions will be donated to Being Human. First film made under the banner was kids movie Chillar Party, which won 3 National Awards.
