Not many people know that Alia Bhatt, who played the female lead in SOTY, acted as a child actor in Akshay Kumar and Preity Zinta's Sangharsh. She played the role of young Preity. In 2012, she got her first leading role in Karan Johar's Student Of The Year. But Alia did not get the project so easily. Karan auditioned 400 girls for SOTY before signing Alia as he thought that Alia is a girl who has lots of X-factor.
Siddharth Malhotra started his career as a ramp model. He has been associated with brands like NIIT, Color Plus & Pantaloons.
Varun Dhawan is the son of director David Dhawan. Varune wanted to become a wrestler when he was a child. He has a degree in business management from Nottingham Trent University, UK.
