There is a saying in Hindi, "Jodiyan uparwala banatha hai (Jodis/pairs are made in heaven)." But in Bollywood it's we - the audience, who make jodi. When a filmmaker comes up with a new star pair on screen, it is up to the audience to make them a hit jodi.

We have seen many jodis in the past who set the screen on fire with their magical on screen chemistry. Raj Kapoor and Nargis, Dilip Kumar and Madhubala, Rajesh Khanna and Mumtaz, Shammi Kapoor and Asha Parekh, Dharmendra and Hema Malini are just a few to name.

There are few on-screen couples who created a scintillating off-screen chemistry too. While few got married, many others created controversies. But whatever be the case, their fans just loved them on-screen and want to see more of them. Rishi Kapoor-Neetu Singh got married, Amitabh Bachchan-Rekha and Salman Khan-Aishwarya Rai Bachchan created controversies, Shahrukh Khan-Kajol and Abhishek Bachchan-Rani Mukherjee remained the best jodi and people want them to be seen more.

This real life jodi is Bollywood's all-time favourite.
