Bollywood, like Hollywood is full of good looking people. It is an extremely competitive world out there and the actors have to work very hard to look great. In the past, actors were never comfortable enough to show off their body. But now, with actresses all ready to flaunt their body, actors too work for hours together in the gym to get the six pack abdomen that girls groove over and men envy!

Bollywood is complete with actors who have a chiseled body and mind blowing looks. But if you think that all that these actors have to do to attain a perfect six pack abs is to hit the gym, you are mistaken! They have had to work very hard and with utmost grit and determination.

Hrithik Roshan had to work out a lot to get the extra kilos he had attained during the filming of Agneepath to attain a lean, muscular look in Krrish 3. Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh and many others have had to spend hours in the gym and follow extremely strict diet to attain the beefed-up muscles or fab abs.

A well known celebrity trainer and body builder once revealed that it's not only regular work-outs and strict diet regime, the actors also have to consume protein shakes, steroids, animal hormone injections and some other medications!
