The B-Town had a glittering get-together on Saturday night, August 17 as they celebrated the birthday of the beautiful actress Sridevi. This party held at Club Alibii, was enormous and filled with Bollywood's well known faces and some politicians too.
This big party was organised by Sridevi's husband Boney Kapoor along with Member of Parliament Amar Singh. Sridevi turned 50 on August 13 this year and she had a quiet celebration with her family on her birthday. However, Boney and Amar Singh made this big bash a very special night for the lovely lady.
This birthday bash was to celebrate the success and achievements of Sridevi who has acted in many Indian films and swayed everyone's hearts with her beauty, performances and dances. This ageless beauty, who had taken a long break from the film industry made a come-back with English Vinglish and even received a Padma Shri award. So this year has been special for Sridevi.
Politician Amar Singh, who is a good friend of the Kapoor family took this opportunity to help in organising the party. In the earlier days, Amar Singh was well known for throwing lavish parties and now he has done it again. This big event also marked the launch of Club Alibii in Colaba, Mumbai.
