Dilip
Kumar,
who
suffered
a
mild
heart
attack
a
few
days
back,
is
now
out
of
danger
and
would
probably
be
discharged
from
the
Lilavati
hospital
sometime
this
week.
Hoards
of
celebrity
were
seen
visiting
him
at
the
hospital
and
many
wished
him
good
health
through
social
media
sites.
But
there
was
one
star
missing
who
claims
to
be
the
biggest
admirer
of
Dilip
Kumar.
Yes,
we
are
talking
about
none
other
than
the
Badshah
of
bollywood,
Shahrukh
Khan.
Shahrukh
Khan
was
shooting
in
Dubai
for
Farah
Khan's
Happy
New
Year
and
has
just
returned
to
Mumbai.
Shahrukh
has
always
been
very
open
about
his
feelings
for
Dilip
Kumar
and
their
connection
go
way
back.
In
a
recent
interview
with
filmfare
Shahrukh
said
"Actually,
I
knew
Dilip
saab
as
a
kid.
Dad
knew
him.
They
used
to
live
in
the
same
galli
in
Delhi.
I've
met
Dilip
saab
many
times
in
my
childhood.
We
have
been
to
his
place
often.
Actually,
Saira
ji
doesn't
remember
this
but
her
medicines
used
to
be
sent
by
my
aunt
from
London.
Years
later,
when
I
was
working
with
Ketan
Mehta,
I
saw
a
picture
of
Dilip
Kumar
in
his
office
and
I
was
like
oh!
that's
me.
He
looked
so
much
like
me
in
that
picture.
Or
rather
I
looked
so
much
like
him.
But
my
relationship
with
Dilip
saab
goes
beyond
films.
Dilip
saab
and
Saira
ji
have
always
thought
of
me
as
their
son."
Well
it
would
be
interesting
to
see
when
Shahrukh
goes
to
meet
his
favourite
actor,
Dilip
kumar,
whom
he
also
considers
a
father
figure.
The
closeness
and
the
relation
that
the
two
share,
one
can
expect
Shahrukh
to
visit
the
legendary
actor
very
soon.

Shahrukh
used
to
sit
with
his
friends
and
recite
the
dialogues
from
Mughal-e-Azam,
which
was
Dilip
Kumar's
biggest
hit.
Shahrukh

Dilip

Shahrukh
says
that
his
mother
used
to
think
that
he
looked
exactly
like
Dilip
Kumar.

The
Devdas
connection
Shahrukh
Khan
and
Dilip
Kumar
have
both
portrayed
the
role
of
Devdas.
Dilip
Kumar
acted
in
the
movie
in
1955
while
Shahrukh
did
it
more
recently
in
2002.
