Entertainment movie starring Akshay Kumar and Tamannah Bhatia released yesterday, while the movie received mixed reviews, the hero of the movie, Junior (Golden Retriever) was applauded for his performance in the movie.

Animals have always added that extra entertainment element to movies and in this movie Junior whose name is 'Entertainment' in the movie manages to give a total paisa-vasool performance. Every genre of the audience, from a young to old like to watch animals on-screen and no more can add the comic and sentiment element like they do. Bollywood movies which features animals automatically find a special place, for they become the most memorable ones.

Akshay Kumar who is seen sharing the screen space with a dog promises that this movie will the most entertaining movie and that he has a great time shooting for the movie. The story of the movie is quite interesting, Akshay's father leaves his property in the dog's name and how Akshay tries to get rid of the him forms the funny element in the movie.

In the past Akshay was seen with a Gorilla in Phir Hera Pheri (2006) in which the ape totally stole the show. Then with a monkey in Housefull (2010) wherein the actor also got slapped by the animal. A cat in Grand Masti, called Pussy that almost destroyed Aftab's manhood and a pet crow that pecked at male crotches. This was one funny movie.

The entire song Masakali was based on a dove bird by the same name. Sonam and Abhishek were constantly seen playing with the bird.

Yamla Pagla Deewana 2

The orangutan aka Happy Singh was the most entertaining aspect in the movie, with Happy even teaming up with Dharmandra for the revamped version of the song Yeh Dosti.

Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola

Pankaj Kapoor's character used to see a pink coloured buffalo, a hallucination that occurred when he was not drunk. It also happened to be the logo of a beer brand his character drank.

Maine Pyaar Kiya

The dove acted as a messenger of love between Salman Khan and Bhagyashree in their romantic musical. It even played the savior in the climax scene when he attacks villain, making him fall off the cliff.


A tiger was unleashed on a village and Ajay Devgn was seen combating the tiger in order to save his ladylove and the village.

Hum Aapke Hain Kaun

Tuffy played a lot of roles in the movie, he played the cupid between Salman and Madhuri's character and due to his close connection with Lord Krishna, he also ends up playing the messenger in the climax scene.


A monkey played a key role in the movie. In spite of Govinda and Chunkey Pandey's funny scenes, it was the monkey that made us laugh the most.

Haathi Mere Saathi

Ramu, the elephant played an important role in the movie. Rajesh Khanna choses him over his family and so he sacrifices his life to bring his master closer to his estranged wife.
