Smoking a cigarette on-screen was a big deal until the Supreme Court removed the ban and filmmakers since then have shown many stars smoking or at least lighting a cigarette on-screen. From Amitabh Bachchan to Shahrukh Khan we have seen leading men smoke on-screen in Bollywood movies.

However, some bold and gorgeous actresses have also lit cigarettes on-screen as well. We know that there are some Bollywood actresses who smoke in real life as well. For example, Kangana Ranaut is a smoker in real life and reel-life as well. The actress has played many psychotic roles where she smokes on-screen to bring justice to her roles.

There are many other actresses in Bollywood who have smoked cigarettes on-screen. For example, Priyanka Chopra smoked cigarette in the much talked about hit films, Fashion which showed the life of a model. In Madhur Bhandarkar's next film Heroine too, Kareena Kapoor lit cigarettes. In fact, the first look of heroine itself showed her smoking a cigarette and holding a glass of drink.

Kangana in most of her movies played the role of an addict who smokes, do drugs and drinks as well. So she is no doubt one of the Bollywood actresses who smokes on-screen. However, Kangana is also a real life smoker.

Priyanka Chopra

In the movie fashion, Priyanka Chopra was seen on-screen lighting a cigarette a couple of times.

Kareena Kapoor

The first look of heroine itself showed her smoking a cigarette and holding a glass of drink. Kareena Kapoor lit cigarette in not just Heroine, but Chameli as well.

Deepika Padukone

Deepika is another Bollywood actress who smoked on-screen in the movie, Karthik Calling Karthik. The actress lights a cigarette 2-3 times in the movie but her on-screen beau, Farhan Akhtar throws it every time.
