Bang Bang! starring Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif is the much-awaited film of the year. Though it is said to be an official remake of Hollywood flick Knight and Day, Hrithik Roshan says, “We spent six to seven months focusing on something that was more in my space, more the kind of stuff I would want to do and not just a remake.”

This action-packed thriller has it all, Guns and also Roses. (You know what we mean). However, there are certain similarities in the way this film is shot when compared with the Hollywood flick. How similar are the scenes in Knight and Day and Bang Bang! Let's see.

Knight and Day revolves around Roy Miller (Tom Cruise) who is assumed to have gone rogue protecting Zephyr, a battery which will never die and Bang Bang! is all about Rajveer Nanda (Hrithik Roshan) protecting a Kohinoor diamond.

The exact replica of the scene from Knight and Day where Cameron Diaz shoots while in a bike with Tom Cruise is also shot the same way with Hrithik and Katrina Kaif.

In the Hollywood flick Knight and Day, Tom Cruise takes Cameron Diaz to a safe island which he claims to be his haven where nobody can enter, Hrithik also takes Katrina to place which looks similar. Not only does he take but the lead pair gets bombed by the baddies while at the safe haven is also a replica.

Hrithik Roshan falling on a car windshield which is driven by Katrina Kaif is also a rip off from Knight and Day, where Tom Cruise does the same stunt.

While Cameron Diaz goes in a state of shock after Tom Cruise uses a gun, Katrina Kaif also enacts the same scene exactly like Cameron Diaz.

These are the scenes which looks similar in Bang Bang! from the first look of the trailer. However, only when the film releases on October 2 we will know how far it is shot originally as claimed by the makers. Or will it be yet another remake of Hollywood movie which will bomb at the Box Office.

The songs and dance will add an extra flavour to this Hrithik Roshan Starrer Bang Bang! a different look but other than that it looks like the film is just an official remake of Knight and Day.

If anybody who watches Bang Bang! before they have watched the Tom Cruise starrer Knight and Day, maybe it will interest the audience. But for those who have watched Knight and Day, Bang Bang! is going to be a big disappointment.

Let’s wait till October 2. For now check out the pics from Bang Bang! and Knight and Day.
