Bollywood
celebrities
are
very
often
seen
boasting
about
being
socially
responsible
but
when
it
comes
to
action
in
real,
all
those
tall
claims
just
go
behind
lame
excuses.
It's
April
24th
today
which
is
marked
by
voting
day
in
Mumbai,
however
most
of
the
B-Town
members
could
not
resist
the
temptation
of
being
in
the
15th
International
Indian
Film
Academy
Awards
which
is
set
on
April
26th
at
Tampa,
Florida.
Although,
some
of
the
Bollywood
stars
like
Amitabh
Bachchan,
Farhan
Akhtar,
Shahrukh
Khan,
Ranbir
Kapoor,
Vidya
Balan,
Deepika
Padukone,
Aamir
Khan
and
Sonam
Kapoor
realised
the
importance
of
voting
and
have
decided
to
fly
off
to
Florida
only
after
getting
their
fingers
inked.
There
are
several
other
Bollywood
celebrities
for
whom
the
voting
day
seemed
to
be
some
what
less
important
when
IIFA
is
on
cards.

While,
Vivek
Oberoi
and
Shahid
Kapoor
skipped
the
polling
day
for
IIFA
quite
long
before,
Saif
Ali
Khan,
Sonakshi
Sinha,
Shabana
Azmi,
Richa
Chadda,
Aditi
Rao
Hydari
soon
followed
them
to
Florida.
Sonakshi
Sinha
recently
posted
a
video
of
her
rehearsal
for
the
IIFA
event
with
the
caption,
"Get
ready
to
party
all
night
Tampa
Bay.
I
am
all
set
to
rock
your
world
at
IIFA
2014." While,
Saif
Ali
Khan
will
be
hosting
a
part
of
the
award
ceremony
and
his
spokesperson
tried
to
justify
why
the
star
skipped
voting
saying,
"Saif
is
legally
bound
by
a
contract
to
IIFA
and
so
he
can't
cancel
his
trip."
And
the
latest
to
catch
the
flights
for
Florida
without
casting
votes
are
Hrithik
Roshan,
Madhuri
Dixit,
Boman
Irani,
Kareena
Kapoor
and
Divya
Dutta
who
all
flew
for
IIFA
just
one
night
prior
to
the
voting
day.
Well,
it
is
said
Bollywood
celebrities
with
huge
fan
following
have
immense
influence
on
the
commoners
of
India
but
with
such
gestures,
we
wonder
whether
the
influence
is
really
a
positive
one
or
not.
