Kareena Kapoor was paired opposite actor Abhishek Bachchan in her debut film which was directed by JP Dutta. The actress bagged the Best Female Debut Award for it. Kareena played the role of Nazeen Ahmed in the film.
Asoka (2001)
At the very beginning of her acting career Kareena got the opportunity to be paired opposite Shahrukh Khan in Asoka. She played the role of Kaurwaki who was the princess of Kalinga kingdom. In her second film, the actress won the award for Best Actor (Female).
Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001)
