CCL 2015 Live Update: Bollywood Celebrities Match And Performance
CCl 2015 also known as the 2015 Celebrity Cricket League, known as CCL 5 is the fifth season of the Celebrity Cricket League. These matches have become as famous as IPL and every cinema and cricket fan come together to watch this entertaining event.
Today Mumbai Heroes is going up against Veer Marathi's, the Mumbai Heroes is for the first time headed by Bobby Deol while Riteish Deshmukh who was earlier in the Bollywood team is now the captain of the opposite team, Veer Marathi.
This event is very interesting for it is the perfect collaboration of two obsessions in our country, cricket and cinema. Different film industry actors and directors form teams representing their language and play cricket with each other.
These people are not professional players but professional actors who play the game for fun. CCL is a non-professional men's cricket league in India which started in 2011. Total number of participated teams are eight.
The 8 participating teams were divided into 2 groups. Group A consists of Karnataka Bulldozers, Telugu Warriors, Bengal Tigers and Bhojpuri Dabbangs. Group B consists of Veer Marathi, Chennai Rhinos, Kerala Strikers and Mumbai Heroes.
CCL 2014 was won by Karnataka Bulldozers. They defeated Kerala Strikers in the finals of CCL 2014. Two series was won by Chennai Rhinoa and two by Karnataka Bulldozers. So this series will be quite a game for every team will be putting double the efforts to win CCL 2015.
