M F Husain's 100th Anniversary! His Rare Pictures With Shahrukh Khan & Rekha.

Happy Ganesh Chaturthi guys and do you know, this day has one more reason to celebrate and that is the 100th anniversary of the Legend artist M F Hussain (Maqbool Fida Husain).

And guess what? We have brought to you, some rare pictures of M F Hussain, with Bollywood superstar, Shahrukh Khan, where Shahrukh can be seen posing for a picture along with him and the timeless beauty, Rekha.

This picture of strong trio, was captured in 2001, during a book release function, held in Mumbai.
Born in September 17, 1915, late M F Husain, had also directed Bollywood films like Gaja Gamini, which casts Shahrukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit in the lead roles and Meenaxi: A Tale Of three Cities, which casts Tabu in the lead role.

Infact, Husain Sahab, got very close to Shahrukh, when he had painted painting for Shahrukh's film, Ashoka.

Popularly known as the 'Picasso of India', Mr Husain, was also honoured with the National Film Award for Best Experimental Film for Through The Eyes of a Painter.
