Shahrukh Khan, after a long time visited Kathmandu in Nepal. Being the brand ambassador of Nerolac paints which is based in Nepal, the actor visited the city to promote their latest initiative.

Shahrukh Khan arrived in the city amidst huge fanfare, people had gathered from all around the city to just glance at the star. Nerolac paints is manufactured in Nepal by Kansai Nepal Paints and so he came to promote Kansai Paints Nepal's new ‘U-Can' initiative.

He tweeted, "& the shoes are brown...burgundy...cherry red....dark tan??!! Don't know & I am here for Nerolac the colour ppl ha ha."

He spoke in Hyatt Regency on how people need to save the environment and even touted, "One who serves other is the king," being impressed by the beautiful place, he wished to visit the country again in future with his kids as well.

He tweeted, "As strange as it may sound..I want to take my parents out for a Biryani dinner to a simple place...to celebrate me. Thanx Nepal for the love."

The star landed back in the Mumbai city today, he took to his micro-blogging website and tweeted, "Dil ko bana dein joh patang saanse Teri Woh hawaein hain....landed in Mumbai to this strain on FM."
